For the vinaigrette:
Juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp. oil
A pinch of crushed chilli
For the salad:
80g Terrafertil Goldenberries (dried physalis)
2 celery stalks
1. First mix the oil with the orange juice and season with salt, pepper and chilli. Add mozzarella and goldenberries to the vinaigrette and leave to sit for 15 minutes.
2. Clean and slice celery into very small pieces. Now wash the rocket and pat dry. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit and dice in to little pieces.
3. Mix the avocados and celery with the mozzarella, goldenberry vinaigrette and fold in the rocket leaves. Arrange the salad in a bowl and serve it immediately.
