Passion of Brazil


25ml passion fruit puree

25ml lime juice

2 tbsp. chilli sugar

50ml Goldenberry Juice

35ml Cachaca (sugar cane liquor)

1 slug Angostura rum

1 slug Passoa (passion fruit liquor)



1. Mix all the above in a tall glass with ice
2. Serve over crushed ice with a Passoa float
3. Garnish with passion fruit and mint
